From firing up the smoker at first dawn to firing up the team at kickoff, being a Kansas City Chiefs fan takes a special kind of commitment. But being a Chiefs Season Ticket Member (STM) takes fandom to a whole new level. While the team traditions are all-inclusive, there are certain perks that are reserved for STMs only. Encouraging STMs to renew during a championship season didn’t require a lot of convincing. Using archival footage, we kept up the excitement by producing videos from the perspective of season ticket members that memorialize the historic season and highlight the exclusive experience.

 

 
 

Restoring a Classic

In 2019, the Chiefs took their division and the rest of the league by storm, finishing the regular season 12-4. After the historic run, the first video was shared to thank STMs for their commitment. The idea of the video was to recap the season and set a tone for the renewal campaign. To do this we explored music and renewed an old Arrowhead favorite for the fans.

Run it Back

The second video was released before the start of the playoffs. With no determined outcome, the objective was simple: Feed the hype. With the ‘Amp Up’ video we took a more dramatic approach by showcasing the greatness of gameday and escalating it to this very moment (in time) that keeps fans coming back for more.
